20. Comprehensive Treatment Project to Longhe River of Langfang City
I. Project Content
The full length of the river channel is 7.6 km. The main construction contents include dredging of the river bed, dam reinforcement, greening along the line and road construction, etc. The followings are included: the earthwork of dredging is estimated to be 380,000 cubic meters; the earthwork of dam reinforcement is 91,200 cubic meters. A road of 7.6 km long and 6 m wide and greening belt of 6 meters wide will be built respectively along the both sides of the line. The hard landscape will be built along the both sides of the line, including pedestrian environment, landscape facilities and places of activities, etc.
II. Investment Estimate & Financing
The total amount of investment of the project is $92.46 million. The source of fund is part of self-financing by Langfang Urban Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd. and the investment inviting.
III. Market Analysis
The project is a public welfare infrastructure project. After the completion, it can be used for recreational resort and tour sight-seeing. When being situated in it, you can experience the return to natural landscape and feel the harmonious prosperity and the flourishing good development environment. 21. The Project of Round Olympic Park in Langfang City
I. Project Content
Combining the green forest belt around the city and the water landscape system construction, Marathon and cycle track sites of international standard are launched to build in the earlier stage and in the medium-and-long-term make it a comprehensive sports facilities and athletics training base integrating athletics sports, leisure fitness and supporting services. In addition to the athletics sports venue and training base, there is mainly athlete reception center, multimedia conference room and business projects such as food and beverages and entertainment built in the supporting services functional area.
