40. The Construction of 5 Tons Medical Refuse Disposal Center Hengshui City

This project is for medical refuse burning, and has a designed capacity of 5 tons/d medical refuse. It adopts ZLR-210 medical refuse burning system, mainly consisting of below sub-systems: Medical refuse temporary-storage disposal and feed, refuse burning, gas cooling, gas purification, compressed air supply, cooling water circulation, absorption liquid circulation, combustion furnace combustion-supporting, intake and exhaust air, installation emergency, electric control and parameter measurement, smoke/dust continuous-emission monitoring, etc.. Its major equipment covers pyrolyzing furnaces, pre-mixers, burning furnaces, safety tanks, wind generators, diesel pumps, blowers, gas storage tanks, etc..

41. The Construction of Qianjin Street Greening and Reconstruction of Road-Railway Crossing, Hengshui City
Ⅰ. Project Contents
Qianjin Street (Heping Road-Daqing Road) crosses Beijing-Jiulong Railway and Shijiazhuang-Dezhou Railway, and an overpass needs to be constructed for traffic according to requirements of railway authorities. Qianjin Street (Daqing Road-Yong'an Road) crosses the special Jiheng chemical railway line, and a box culvert needs to be jacked in. A bridge is built respectively at the intersection of Qianjin Street and Renmin Road, Heping Road, Daqing Road, Yong'an Road, and Yuhua Road. The 38 m drain trunk canal at the middle of Qianjin Street has a designed section as below: 2 m green belt+2 m lawn bricks for grass protection of slopes+4 m green belt platform+1.2 m grass protection of slopes+2.8 m green belt platform+2 m mortar rubble for slope protection+10 m river bottom+2 m mortar rubble for slope protection+2.8 m green belt platform+1.2 m grass protection of slopes+4 m green belt platform+2 m lawn bricks for grass protection of slopes+2 m green belt.

Qianjin Street (Fuyang Road–Northern Ring Road) is transformed from 87 m into 120 m in width of the road red line. The project construction involves 7 m non-motor-vehicle roadway, and 15 m green belt on either of both sides, as well as three bridges spanning the Hutang Canal and the Bancaodian Canal, and road lamps on exterior sides of non-motor-vehicle roadway.
