The north-side half of its road surface has been completed; now the south-side half of its road surface and the north-side half of its mat coat will be constructed, color pavement bricks and granite curbs laid, and single-arm road lamps on both sides installed. ②Baoyun Street – Changming Street, 1037 m in length. Now its road surface is in a state of grave damage, and needs reconstruction after demolishment. ③Changming Street –Western Ring Road, 1563 m in length. It is for new construction.

Zhongxin Street (Daqing Road – Yuhua Road) is 1651 m in length, and the red line width, 40 m; the section type is 9.5-21-9.5, namely, 21 m roadway in the middle, and respectively 9.5 m pavement on both sides (4.5 m for pedestrians, and the rest for the green belt). Color pavement bricks are laid, and granite curbs and single-arm road lamps on both sides are installed. The drain applies the mode of rainwater-sewage separation.
