31. Qingxian Industrial Zone Project of Haixing County, Cangzhou City
Ⅰ. Construction Content
Qingxian Industrial Zone in Haixing County is planned to the develop and construct by the county committee and government in 2006, and is also the important strategic initiatives of the economic section maked by Haixing County in the "11th Five-Year Plan" period.
Qingxian Industrial Zone lies in the east and is nine kilometers far from the county, and 15 km far from the Huanghua Port, it is planned to cover 22 square kilometers, the North is Zhenggang Road, the South is Xuanhui River, and 1.8 km far from the west of Zhongxin Road, east of Highway Xin East 3.5 km from the east of Zhongxin Road.
The Industrial Zone covers 3.5 square kilometers area in the 1st stage, locates in the Qingxian farm, mainly in light industry and equipment manufacturing. Currently, the County Government has invested 20 million yuan to complete the 1st project "extend in all directions" of the Zone,now the company is moving to the Zone, and there are five enterprises which invests more than 50 million yuan.
The geographical location of this Zone is preponderance, whether from traffic, power, communications, or from the expropriation of land and other aspects, the conditions are good and the policy is libery which can create a good platform for the enterprises to carve out. The Zone will implement the most preferential policies to ensure that enterprises come into the Zone in low-cost. Haixing near-sea Industrial Zone is the "golden place" to invest and for the enterprise to develop.

The total investment of the project is 500 million yuan.

32. The Road Construction of Fuyang No.1 Road, Hengshui City

Fuyang No.1 Road (Zhonghu Avenue – Jinghe Street) is 9262 m in length, the road red line, 50 m, and the controlling red line, 80 m. The section type is 8.5-33-8.5. Four bridges span the Fuyang River, the Fengshou Canal, the Wugong Canal, and the Laoyan River.
