12月14日-20日，國務院總理李克強對亞歐三國哈薩克斯坦、塞爾維亞和泰國開啟了2014年最后一次外交之旅。本次出訪是我國一帶一路戰略部署的大步推進，將為中歐合作打造新亮點。

李克強總理目前已在三個重要會議上發表了演講。15日，李克強在上海合作組織成員國政府首腦理事會第十三次會議發表講話，討論互聯互通和金融合作；16日，李克強出席第三次中國-中東歐國家領導人會晤，與16個中東歐國家領導人共商合作大計；當天下午，李克強還出席了第四屆中國—中東歐國家經貿論壇開幕式并致辭。
