據(jù)上坂勝1954年7月筆供， 他1892年出生于日本大分縣。1934年3月—1941年11月，在臺(tái)灣任步兵聯(lián)隊(duì)的隊(duì)副、大隊(duì)長(zhǎng)，軍階為少佐、中佐。1945年6月任陸軍第59師步兵第53旅少將旅長(zhǎng)。同年8月20日在朝鮮咸興附近被蘇軍逮捕。

“1942年2月間，我任步兵第163聯(lián)隊(duì)聯(lián)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)，在河北省保定縣盤踞的時(shí)候”，把“逮捕、監(jiān)禁的中國(guó)人約有20名”，“用斬殺、刺殺等方法進(jìn)行殺害”。“3月左右”，“因京漢鐵路望都站和清風(fēng)店站中間地區(qū)約10公尺的鐵軌被拆去”，“捉了10余名嫌疑者，經(jīng)拷問(wèn)而殺害3、4名”。“5月左右”，“望都附近的鐵路沿線(望都西方約1公里)的一所炮樓發(fā)生被八路軍急襲遭覆滅”，“拷問(wèn)了居民30名，殺了通謀者6名，并將接近炮樓之3棟民房放火燒之”。“6月左右”，因在望都又發(fā)生炮樓被八路軍襲擊遭覆滅的事情，“拷問(wèn)了很多的居民，殺害了5名通謀嫌疑者，并燒了數(shù)棟民房”。

1942年5月27日，在冀中作戰(zhàn)中，于河北定縣東南22公里處，“我指使第1大隊(duì)殺害了八路軍戰(zhàn)士、居民約達(dá)800人以上”，“使用了赤筒和綠筒的毒氣，受到機(jī)槍掃射的不只是八路軍戰(zhàn)士，而迷失逃跑路途的居民也被射殺了。又在村里進(jìn)行了掃蕩，向逃入很多居民的地道里擲入赤筒和綠筒的毒氣，以至窒息，或者是對(duì)感到痛苦而逃出的居民，即施以射殺、刺殺、斬殺等殘酷行為”。冀中“侵略作戰(zhàn)的結(jié)果，給與中國(guó)人民的損失是：殺人約1100名，破壞房屋10棟，燒毀3棟，把450棟的房屋掠奪使用了10天的時(shí)間，并酷使中國(guó)人民240名修筑8個(gè)炮樓(約10日間)”。

1939年1月中旬，在山西安邑縣張良村，“對(duì)軍官全體教育說(shuō)‘為使兵習(xí)慣于戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)，殺人是快的方法，就是試膽。對(duì)此使用俘虜比較好’ 。‘刺殺比槍殺有效果’”。4月，在夏縣，“我命令第1中隊(duì)長(zhǎng)……讓部下的9名兵刺殺了俘虜”9名。8月15日，在山西澤州，“我讓把8名俘虜交給第1中隊(duì)，把9名交給第2中隊(duì)作為教育材料刺殺了”。

1943年春，在河北行唐西北方山區(qū)，第2大隊(duì)共“殺害八路軍和居民約250人，燒毀房屋約50棟”。“各部隊(duì)(前記行動(dòng)間在各道路行進(jìn)時(shí)之先發(fā)部隊(duì))將居民組成探知組，指使他們?cè)谇邦^走踏地雷而虐殺。”

1944年5月，在河南嵩縣，因一士兵失蹤“逮捕了居民十?dāng)?shù)名，并殺害了5、6名及燒了十二、三棟房子”。

1945年6月，在河南“由淅川向西峽轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)”期間，“帶著俘虜同行(我想大概有50名左右)，后至豆腐店南方地區(qū)，益感前進(jìn)困難，我命各部隊(duì)‘務(wù)必將累贅之俘虜殺掉’”，“全部俘虜皆被殺害”。

1944年10月26日，在河南太康附近，“拷問(wèn)殺害中國(guó)人民6名”。12月16日，在黃河北左岸歸德北方地區(qū)，“拷問(wèn)殺害中國(guó)人民11名”。

Kamisaka Katsu

According to the written confession of Kamisaka Katsuin July 1954, he was born in 1892 in Oita Prefecture, Japan. He served as deputy battalion chief and battalion chief of the Infantry Regiment in Taiwan with the rank of major and lieutenant colonel respectively from March 1934 to November 1941. He became major general and commander of the 53rd Infantry Brigade of the 59th Division in June 1945. On 20 August 1945, he was captured by the Soviet Army near Hamhung, the Korean Peninsula。
