十二屆全國(guó)人大二次會(huì)議3月5日上午9時(shí)在人民大會(huì)堂開(kāi)幕，聽(tīng)取國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)作政府工作報(bào)告，這也是本屆政府的首份工作報(bào)告。以下為李克強(qiáng)總理的精彩語(yǔ)錄。

1、過(guò)去一年，困難比預(yù)料的多，結(jié)果比預(yù)想的好。

In the last year, we met more difficulties but delivered a better performance than expected.

2、我們深處著力，把改革開(kāi)放作為發(fā)展的根本之策，放開(kāi)市場(chǎng)這只“看不見(jiàn)的手”，用好政府這只“看得見(jiàn)的手”，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)。

we endeavored to resolve deep-seated problems and difficulties, took reform and opening up as the fundamental way to advance evelopment, and gave full rein to both the invisible hand of the market and the visible hand of the government to promote steady economic growth.

3、嚴(yán)守法規(guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，用最嚴(yán)格的監(jiān)管、最嚴(yán)厲的處罰、最嚴(yán)肅的問(wèn)責(zé)，堅(jiān)決治理餐桌上的污染，切實(shí)保障“舌尖上的安全”。

We v.ill strictly follow laws and regulations and comply with standards, and apply the strictest ,possible oversight, punishment and accountability to prevent and control food contamination and ensure that every bite of food we eat is safe.

4、對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題，政府要先從自身找原因、想辦法。民之所望是我們施政所向。要牢記責(zé)任使命，增強(qiáng)憂患意識(shí)，敢于擔(dān)當(dāng)，毫不懈怠，扎實(shí)有效解決問(wèn)題，決不辜負(fù)人民的厚望。

The government must first examine itself to identify the causes of these problems and work out ways to resolve them. It must follow people's wishes in exercising governance. We must firmly bear in mind our duties and mission, increase our sense of vigilance against potential

dangers, be eager to take on challenges, work tirelessly and effectively to solve problems, and truly live up to people's expectations.

5、當(dāng)前改革已進(jìn)入攻堅(jiān)期和深水區(qū)，必須緊緊依靠人民群眾，以壯士斷腕的決心、背水一戰(zhàn)的氣概，沖破思想觀念的束縛，突破利益固化的藩籬

China's reform has entered a critical stage and a deep water zone.We must rely fully on the people, break mental shackles and vested interests with great determination.

6、加強(qiáng)城鎮(zhèn)化管理創(chuàng)新和機(jī)制建設(shè)。要更大規(guī)模加快棚戶區(qū)改造，決不能一邊高樓林立，一邊棚戶連片。

We will expand the rebuilding of rundown urban areas so that cities will take on a new look instead of having stretches of rundown areas existing side by side with high-rise buildings.

7、們要堅(jiān)決打擊一切瀆褻國(guó)家法律尊嚴(yán)，挑戰(zhàn)人類文明底線的暴恐犯罪，確保廣大人民群眾生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全，共同建設(shè)平安中國(guó)。

We will strengthen comprehensive maintenance of public order, crack down hard on violent crimes of terrorism, safeguard China's national security, create good public order, and work together to ensure public security in China.

8、民惟邦本，本國(guó)邦寧。政府工作的根本目的，是讓全體人民過(guò)上好日子。要堅(jiān)持建機(jī)制、補(bǔ)短板、兜底線，保障群眾基本生活，不斷提高人民生活水平和質(zhì)量。

The people are the foundation of a nation, and a nation carl enjoy peace only when its foundation is strong. The fundamental goal of a government's work is to ensure that everyone lives a good life. We will continue to build institutions, improve weak links, help those in need of subsistence assistance, ensure everyone has access to basic necessities, and improve people's living standards and quality oflife.

9、像對(duì)貧困宣戰(zhàn)一樣，堅(jiān)決向污染宣戰(zhàn)。

We will declare war against pollution and fight it with the same determination we battled poverty.

10、深入貫徹依法治國(guó)基本方略，把政府工作全面納入法治軌道，用法治思維和法治方式履行職責(zé)。

We will fully implement the basic strategy of law-based governance, act in accordance with the law in all our government work, and be guided by law in both thinking and action in performing our duties.
