State Grid shines in Wuzhen: Green power lights up WIC Wuzhen Summit

The Light of Internet Expo, a part of 2024 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit, officially opened in Wuzhen, Zhejiang on Nov 19. State Grid Corporation of China has participated in the exhibition for six consecutive years and also participated in the Network Security Theme Exhibition of the Light of Internet Expo for the second time. During the 4-day exhibition, the company actively promoted the procurement of green power trading contracts, helping the WIC Wuzhen Summit to achieve the goal of holding the conference with 100 percent green power.

Focusing on artificial intelligence, with the theme of "Embracing a People-Centered and AI-for-Good Digital Future - Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace", the summit aimed at enhancing the well-being of people in all countries and serving the economic and social development. It has built a global exchange and cooperation platform. Through joint discussion, construction and sharing, it promotes digital technologies represented by artificial intelligence to benefit humanity and jointly move towards a more beautiful digital future.

In the Light of Internet Expo Center, the exhibition area of the State Grid Corporation of China, with the main color of technological blue and major power grid projects and scientific and technological achievements as the video background, attracted a large number of visitors to the booth. This year, the main booth of the State Grid Corporation of China highlighted "Innovation" as the theme. From four aspects: new energy, new digital intelligence, new services and standing at the forefront, through forms such as video broadcasting, physical models and AI interaction, it comprehensively displayed the company's innovative achievements in promoting the high-quality development of the energy and power industry with new quality productive forces, promoting the integration of the energy revolution and the digital revolution, deeply exploring the value of big data in energy and power, promoting the digital and intelligent service for the low-carbon transformation of energy and the high-quality development of new energy, supporting the construction of a new power system and developing the energy digital economy.
