International Women's Day: How to celebrate?

In America we do not have a "Women's Day" but I think it's a wonderful idea to have a day of appreciation for women. In fact in this day and age of gender equality I think it's a great idea to have a day of appreciation for both women and men. When is "Men's Day" celebrated in China?
