NETDA opens achievements exhibition

The High-quality Development Go-ahead Project Exhibition and the 13th Five-Year Plan period (2016-20) Development Achievements Exhibition recently opened in the Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area or NETDA – located in Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province - according to local media on March 15.

The event was jointly held by NETDA Holding Group Co Ltd and Jiangsu Weifu Group Co Ltd. Zhang Jianhua, secretary of the district's Party working committee and all the top executives of the two groups attended the opening ceremony.

NETDA Holding Group Co Ltd is a first-prefecture-level enterprise and the NETDA performs the responsibilities of the investor. It is mainly responsible for the construction, investment and operation of state-owned assets in the development zone.

In April 2019, it was transformed from being a State-owned company into a wholly State-owned limited company. The total assets of the company exceed 40 billion yuan ($ 6.15 billion), the registered capital is 8.575 billion yuan and the credit rating is AA+.

Jiangsu Weifu Group, formerly known as Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone Group Company, was established in December 1993. In 2019, Weifu Group was transformed from being a State-owned company to a State-owned limited company in line with the move to a modern enterprise system in China.
