李克強博鰲演講談經濟

博鰲亞洲論壇2016年年會24日上午在海南省博鰲開幕。國務院總理李克強出席開幕式并發表主旨演講，強調亞洲是世界和平發展的重要力量，是世界經濟增長的重要引擎，也是世界文明進步的重要推動者。

下面我們就來看看李克強總理是如何重點闡述中國經濟“怎么看”、“怎么干”。

我們要積極發展新經濟，大力培育新動能，改造和提升傳統動能，形成發展的“雙引擎”。
China will actively foster new growth drivers while transforming and upgrading traditional ones so that they will form "twin engines" to propel China's development.

保持中高速增長是我們的目標。我們將按照創新、協調、綠色、開放、共享新發展理念，堅持發展是第一要務，而且注重發展的質量和效益，來動力充足地保持中國經濟中高速長期運行，并不斷邁向中高端水平。
China?will endeavor to maintain medium-high growth in the long term and promote the development toward the medium-high end.

亞洲作為新興經濟體最集中的地區，總體仍保持了增長勢頭。
Asia is home to the largest number of emerging economies and has kept up growth momentum.

去年亞洲僅發展中國家經濟增速就達到6.5%，對世界經濟增長貢獻率為44%。
In Asia, developing countries alone recorded average growth of 6.5 percent in 2015, contributing about 44 percent of the world's total growth.

因此亞洲有理由增強信心，但是需要激發活力，形成動力，這就可以不僅為亞洲自己，也為世界經濟復蘇發揮更大作用。
We have reason to be more confident, but we must foster further growth momentum, and play a more important role in the economic recovery of Asia itself and the world at large.

我們也希望，世界各國深化合作，同舟共濟，加強宏觀政策協調，共同反對各種形式的貿易保護主義。
We hope that all countries in the world will deepen cooperation, coordinate policy and oppose protectionism in any form.

亞洲能夠在近幾十年里實現快速增長，一個重要原因是保持了總體和平穩定。
One important reason why Asia had achieved a rapid growth over the past decades is that the region kept a generally peaceful and stable environment.

對話合作才是“金鑰匙”。
Dialogue and cooperation is the golden key.

戰后亞洲發展歷程和經驗啟示我們，不管處于什么樣的發展階段，我們都應該堅持睦鄰友好，不為一些小的摩擦和矛盾所干擾。
Inspired by history and experiences after the WWII, Asian countries should be good neighbors and friends and not be disturbed by minor frictions and contradictions, no matter what stage of development they are in.

亞洲各國堅定信心，團結協作，就一定能克服困難，迎來光明的前景。
Asian economy is in a difficult situation, we called for coordination and united efforts to overcome difficulties.

時至今日，距離國際金融危機爆發已近8年，但其深層次影響尚未消除。
Eight years have passed since the occurrence of the international financial crisis, but its profound impacts have not been eliminated.

世界經濟仍處在深度調整之中，發達經濟體復蘇低迷，新興經濟體走勢分化。
The recovery remains uneven in the emerging economies and sluggish in the developed ones.

但是，一旦經濟運行滑出合理區間，我們會果斷采取綜合性措施，來防止失速，保持經濟運行在合理區間。
The government will resolutely take comprehensive measures if the economic growth slips out of the "reasonable range." The government will prevent the loss of speed and maintain economic growth within a reasonable range.
