京津冀“功能定位”公布

京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室負(fù)責(zé)人日前介紹了三省市功能定位以及空間布局。

Goals have been set for the integrated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in the next 15 years. The aim is to transfer the nonessential functions of Beijing and form an optimized structure for the capital's core functions by 2030, according to an official document.

發(fā)展目標(biāo)

近期到2017年：有序疏解北京非首都功能取得明顯進(jìn)展，在交通一體化、生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)移等重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域率先取得突破。
2017: There will be progress in reducing the noncapital functions in Beijing, and breakthroughs in the coordination of transportation, environmental protection and industrial upgrading.

中期到2020年：北京市常住人口控制在2300萬人以內(nèi)，北京“大城市病”等突出問題得到緩解；區(qū)域一體化交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)基本形成，生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量得到有效改善，產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展取得重大進(jìn)展。公共服務(wù)共建共享取得積極成效，教育和醫(yī)療等服務(wù)差距明顯縮小。科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域投資得到加強(qiáng)。
2020: The population of Beijing will be contained within 23 million, and the problems that arose with its urban development could be effectively solved. A coordinated transportation network will take shape, and the regional environment will be improved significantly, with progress being made in the coordinated development of industries. Gaps in public services such as education and medical care will be effectively closed. The investments in science and innovation will be further strengthened.

遠(yuǎn)期到2030年：京津冀區(qū)域一體化格局基本形成。
