Hakka stuffed tofu
As a Guangdong special treat, the Hakka stuffed tofu is often cooked by mixing minced meat with mushrooms, dried shrimp or spring onion. They are then "stamped" into the center of the tofu chunk. The semi-finished tofu is fried until golden, and that is when it's most fragrant and delicious.
