Zhejiang province
Zhejiang province is in eastern China and is the hometown to China's great writer Lu Xun. There are also some anti-Japanese base areas there.
Dongpo porkAs one of Zhejiang's cuisines, the dish uses pork as the main ingredient. With thin pork skin, a bright color and a glutinous but not greasy taste, it is loved by most travelers.
