Huawei has been named the most avant-garde employer of the year in China, followed by e-commerce group Alibaba, according to professional networking platform LinkedIn.
Three out of the top 10 are Chinese subsidiaries of foreign firms, including BMW, GE and Microsoft.
The ranking is based on companies' development and brand-building in the country as well as their innovative ways of hiring, said LinkedIn.
The platform has seen an increase in the number of Internet company users seeking overseas talent and building up their own employer brand via LinkedIn, it said.
A recent report also showed that finance sector is the most attractive industry for talent in China, followed by the Internet industry.
