Overseas direct buyers will face a new challenge, the fluctuations in exchange rate. Up until now, the renminbi experienced only mild ups and downs, but as the liberalization reform of yuan deepens, the market will play a more important role in the valuation of the yuan. Overseas direct buyers have to rethink their current pricing strategy and to compensate the risk.
