Measures boosted for fuel transportation
As the 40-day Spring Festival travel rush started on Monday, Chinese railway operators have intensified efforts to better transport aviation kerosene, helping ensure the smooth flow of air traffic. By strictly following rail transport rules on dangerous goods, staff members of Yuci Station in Shanxi province have upgraded the closed-loop management on aviation kerosene, a high-risk and critical material. They have refined control measures for every step, from qualification verification, supervision during loading and unloading operations and dynamic optimization of transport routes. Meanwhile, the station has also improved emergency response plans, ensuring zero delays and errors in transporting aviation kerosene through efficient scheduling coordination.
Big data to support prosecution cases
A local procuratorate in Gansu province is using high-tech to better protect the rights and interests of migrant workers, minors, the elderly and people with disabilities. The procuratorate of Chengguan district under Lanzhou has used big data models and interdepartmental consultation to search for clues in supporting public-prosecution cases. During the past three years, it has helped migrant workers recover millions of yuan in wages, and handled some typical cases. These have involved family support for the elderly, child-rearing expenses, assisting people with disabilities in obtaining compensation for damages, and victims of traffic accidents.
