Equestrian training center in East China's Jiangxi province gives students opportunity to pursue dreams

At the training ground, Wang Yanqi, a third-year student, put on her riding boots and helmet to practice fence jumping with her horse, Black Panther. "I used to fall off twice a day when I started, but I love the freedom of riding and hope to become a professional rider," she said.
Over 120 students from the equestrian and management program have been recruited by prestigious equestrian clubs in Beijing, Shanghai and Zhejiang.
"Equestrianism has opened new doors for these rural children, giving more horse enthusiasts the chance to pursue their equestrian career dreams," said Wu Qingde, head teacher of the training center.
