The central government will channel more resources to produce highly skilled talents in the following years.
The latest notice jointly released by seven departments such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, said that the nation plans to produce 15,000 industry expertise with high knowledge and skills and 5 million highly-skilled talent in 2024 to 2026 in sectors of manufacturing and modern services.
The notice encourages local authorities and companies to raise payment or financial incentives to skilled workers, thus motivating them to improve their skills and grow to be the experts of their serving industries.
