Juan Antonio Samaranch Jr., chairman of the IOC coordinating commission for Beijing 2022, gave an video briefing during the second diplomatic briefing of the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games held in Beijing on Friday. About 120 diplomats and representatives from foreign embassies in China took part in the meeting, some participating via video link.
