Sauteed chicken wings with chili pepper
It is one of the classical Sichuan dishes, crispy and spicy! The chicken wings are bright and golden outside, but taste smooth and tender inside. The hot flavor permeates into the chicken meat. Different from kung-pao chicken, this dish is mainly made of dried chilies.
