Steve Howard, Chairman of the Global Foundation (Australia), said the 60th anniversary of the founding of China is an occasion when the world will once again notice China as they did last year in the Olympic Games. He joined an interview with China Daily at the 2009 Global Think Tank Summit held this July in Beijing.

The Global Foundation was launched in 1998 as a citizen’s organization committed to enhancing Australia’s future in the global context.

Over a decade later, the Global Foundation – including 200 prominent Australian and global corporations, universities and citizens - has established itself as a respected, independent facilitator on issues facing Australia and the world.
