Guangdong educator knows constellations well
Guangdong's top education official just wowed netizens with his knowledge of the constellations.
On Wednesday, Luo Wei, director of the Guangdong Provincial Ministry of Education, did an interview on a local TV program.
The show's hostess said the current enrollment policy that means children born after Aug 31 must delay entering school by a year is detrimental to children born under the western Zodiac sign of Virgo (born between Aug 23-Sept 22), because their birthdays are so close to the enrollment. She wanted to know if it was possible to set the birth date cutoff at Dec 31?
Luo responded without a second thought, "Then things will be hard for the Capricorns."
