Gu Chunfang, a former fugitive dubbed "beautiful businesswoman" in Jiangsu province was sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve for illegally taking more than one billion yuan($0.16 billion) of public money, Yangzi Evening News reported.
Gu fled in March 2012 to escape loan debts but was captured shortly afterwards in Shanghai.?
