Air China offers discounts for national and international lines until Oct 20. Flights from Beijing to Japan, South Korea, France and Sweden are discounted by up to 89 percent for round-trip tickets. The traveling period for the special offers is from Nov 1 to Dec 31.

Xiamen Airlines will launch an indirect flight from Oct 28 between Dalian and Bangkok, stopping in Xiamen or Fuzhou. Special offers to celebrate the new launch include discounted round-trip fare, which costs as low as 1,080 yuan ($176).

Air France offers October deals from Shanghai to Paris and to more than 80 other European destinations. One-way tickets start from 2,500 yuan. Passengers have a choice of day or night flights on A380s. There are three weekly flights. The sale will end on Oct 23.
