Shun Feng, Meizhou city is the area which produces uncountable amounts of delicious cuisine. "Kun Ban"is one, with sauce which smells fragrant and tastes fresh, just like the flavor of my hometown.

As the saying goes, those living on the mountain live off the mountain, those living near the sea live off the sea. As a coastal city, my hometown Shantou has a lot of delicious cuisine with regional characteristics. Among them, steamed vermicelli roll is the most popular for breakfast and night snack. Pour the thin rice milk into a steaming plate, adding fresh shrimp, oyster, lettuce or bean sprout. The steamed egg is rolled up and sprinkled with vegetable oil. The dish is full of flavor and is the cuisine I miss the most when I am away from home.
