In case of finding any right-infringing acts during the exhibition, people shall complain to the Complaining Organization about the exhibition intellectual property in time.
The department in charge of the exhibition is usually provided with relevant coordinating mechanism. If it is considered that the loss can not be made up through a legal approach after the event happens, the injunction before litigation can be applied for to the local court, where the adjudication will be made within forty-eight (48) hours.
Only by the party involved can the evidences, which can be photographed and filmed in the field, be obtained. However, under the common circumstance, the notarization is also required to ensure the effectiveness of the evidences. The patentee, of course, is also entitled to apply for treatment to the Patent Administration Department with the jurisdiction right.
