Guilin Wadang Guest House

Guilin Wadang Guest House is located in the compound of the Landscape Engineering Bureau on West 1st Ring Road in downtown Guilin. Guilin Laodifang Youth Hostel

Although it is in the downtown area, the hostel enjoys peace and tranquility. Leaning against the door of your room, you can enjoy the beautiful lake. Step further and you will find yourself on the street watching various ways of life in Guilin. If you want to stay put, you can find yourself by the lakeside enjoying the peace of mind and tranquility of the surroundings.

The International Youth Hostel is located on the Ronghu Lake, which is famous for the beautiful scenery of “Two Rivers and Two Lakes” in Guilin. It is here that you can find shady trees where birds are singing, winding stone-slab-paved paths which lead you to secluded spots and beautiful scenery you find intoxicating. Seeing the lake ripple and sparkle in the gentle breeze, you can go for a walk or listen to some local music. When you return, you can drink some tea and watch a movie.

Jiulong Jingpin Inn

Jiulong Jingpin Inn is located in downtown Guilin, and it is very convenient to get here. It is 5 min’s walk away from the famous Seven Star Park and is also adjacent to the Xiaodong River. The Zizhou Park opposite to the inn and the Elephant Trunk Hill, the symbol of Guilin, face each other across the river. There is a big natural swimming pool next to Zizhou Park.

Wangcheng International Youth Hostel

Wangcheng International Youth Hostel is next to the Prince City Scenic Area which has beautiful scenery and a profound cultural foundation. With the Lijiang River on the left and the Prince City adjacent to the right, the Hostel enjoys an ideal location. The secluded spots around can be easily accessed and beautiful scenery along the Li River is impressive. The downtown business center is within walking distance through the ancient city gate. It is without doubt the most convenient international youth hostel in Guilin.

Guilin Xiongzhijia (Bear’s Home) Tavern

Along the bank of the Li River in Guilin stands an old house whose walls are covered with ivy which has been there for more than 25 years. Here, you can find cozy guest rooms with all amenities to take a rest; you can enjoy coffee in the garden-like yard; you can also do some reading, basking in the sunshine on the balcony overlooking the Li River. In the morning, when you wake from the sound of chirping birds, you can jog along the bank of the Li River. If you are interested, you can buy some fresh vegetables, fish or shrimps from the nearby morning fair and cook a good lunch for yourself in the kitchen. In the evening, you and your friends can get together to make some dumplings or have a barbecue. This is the Xiongzhijia (Bear’s Home), a riverside little tavern just for you.

Yangsuo Laobanzhang International Youth Hostel

This is one of the hostels with the best reputation among backpackers in Yangshuo. It is located next to the pedestrian street in Yangshuo and near the end of the West Street at the Li River. It is near to the concentrated area where tourists stay. The hostel boasts a public lobby with a movie show, soft sofas, books, free self-serviced coffee, Internet access and a billiard table. Moreover, the staff members of the hostel are tourists themselves who are keenly aware of what you, as a tourist, are looking for.

Yangshuo Guyun Panzhuang Tavern

This tavern is transformed from grey brick buildings which have a history going back about 500 years. In terms of their outward appearance, the original style of the buildings has been retained.
