The Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone would build commercial facilities to introduce specialized commercial services institutions and improve its transportation network for better management that will upgrade its surroundings.

(1) To upgrade commercial buildings The Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone will maintain good communication with building owners for making more upgrades.

(2) To plan more bus routes for the zone The main transportation hubs and financial buildings in the Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone would get connected with circular bus routes for greater convenience.

(3) To provide healthy breakfasts The Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone would select demonstrational breakfast stalls that sell nutritious meals for residents, workers and visitors.

(4) To build leisure facilities on Binjiang Avenue The Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone would introduce cultural tourism, such as building a harbor for business yachts.

(5) To build the Dongfang Futing sightseeing project The Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone plans to build a new landmark for sightseeing.

(6) To upgrade back-up facilities for commercial buildings The Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone will build facilities to introduce commercial services institutions.

(7) To build streets with unique characteristics The Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone would configure resources to build streets unique characteristics for commercial cultural purposes.

(8) To build cultural facilities The Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone will build small theaters, libraries and museums, and organize forums and activities that allow financial workers to play a role with its community culture.

(9) To promote its financial zone image The Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone would erect emblematic sculptures to show the zone’s charms, as well as position large LED screens in prominent locations with scrolling features that provide real-time financial information of domestic and overseas capital markets, along with shipping freight at selected office building near main transportation hubs, ferry terminals and bus stops.

(10) To provide convenient transportation The Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone will build pick-up bays for taxis, set up guideposts and improve transportation connections with commercial buildings such as the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
