The late German dancer Pina Bausch once said that she wanted to dance because she felt sad. I take photos in the same way: I feel sad and I take photos.

Photography is a way to express my feelings and ideas, be it sadness or happiness, smiles or tears, bad or good, elegance or vulgarity.

In taking photos, some personal emotions can be alleviated and relaxed, and I feel the existence of self.

My purpose is to be a simple and honest person. I hope to take photos and treat others with sincerity, never put on airs and graces, and stay away from being hypocritical or evil.

I will keep taking photos for fun otherwise my life will be so boring. I am not emphasizing solely on the beauty of pictures, but more important the truth, as well as the expression of my inner heart.
