Kuomintang's honorary chairman Lien Chan waves to people upon his arrival in Beijing April 13, 2006. Lien will deliver a speech at a forum on economic and trade affairs between the mainland and Taiwan organized by the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Chinese Kuomintang (KMT).
