Lessons my father taught me

The most important thing that they taught me was to spend time with my children. No matter how long and hard their days were, both parents always did things with us to show that they cared. We never had a lot of possessions, but my brother and I knew that we were loved. I try really hard to do the same thing with my children. It isn't always easy, but it is definitely worth it.
