Everyone wants higher pay, but honestly, it can't change the way I teach...for me, I only know one way to teach and it doesn't matter how much you pay, you get the same stuff. Those who work for money are not fit to be teachers. The teaching profession is not a profession that is aimed at making money, it is aimed at helping people become better. If you want to make money, don't go into teaching.
