According to this year's Government Work Report, Internet Plus government services and information sharing among various government departments will be promoted, in order to ensure that citizens and enterprises make fewer visits to the government departments and increase satisfaction with the government. More red tape will be cut and illegalities rooted out to ensure fairer opportunities and greater space for innovation.
Internet Plus government services are an inevitable choice to propel the modernization of governance. It also shows that the Chinese government is determined to better serve the people.
The authorities will promote innovation in information collection and processing, which will greatly save funds, manpower and time, and continue to streamline administration.
Through new network technology the government can also significantly improve the efficiency with which they handle the administrative affairs of businesses.
