1. Shaolin Temple
Situated at the foot of Songshan Mountain, the Shaolin Temple is a holy place of Chinese martial arts. Shaolin kung fu is a symbol of China. As the cradle of Zen Buddhism and the largest school in Chinese martial arts, the temple has attracted kung fu lovers both domestic and abroad.
Shaolin kung fu contains hundreds of styles including barehanded and armed techniques, each boasting routines that promise to improve health as well as fighting prowess.
