Time for Japan to end its farce of 'buying Diaoyu'

China and Japan have learned enough lessons in the 40 years after the China-Japan relations were normalized. Regarding the Diaoyu Island issue, Japan must stop creating new troubles and safeguard the normal China-Japan relations in a practical way.

The farce of "buying the Diaoyu Islands" launched by the Governor of Tokyo, Shintaro Ishihara is getting fiercer, including raising funds, submitting the proposal, congressmen's inspections, a fishing competition and congress' inquiry. The planners of the farce and their supporters are actually implementing the so-called "plan of buying the Diaoyu Island" by taking political measures. This scheme is becoming more obvious and China must pay close attention to it.
