Olympic stamps issued by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea are on display during the launching ceremony of Volume 3 of the "Official Worldwide Postage Stamp Collection for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad" in Beijing July 15, 2008. The 3rd volume of a four-set collection, which is authorised by both International Olympic Committee (IOC) and Beijing Organising Committee of Olympic Games (BOCOG), was launched on Monday in Beijing.
