Yesterday, from the morning, many citizens telephoned Auto Show Organization Committee and asked if auto show would be held normally. A lot of people even held an umbrella to stay outdoors to carefully study cars in spite of rain and exchanged views with accompanying friends, family members and sales consultants.

According to statistics of Organization Committee, the number of visitors yesterday morning was close to 10,000. Compared with outdoors scene, there were more visitors in the exhibition halls. Many manufacturers organized “preference and gifts for customers who pay in full” activity during the period of auto show. Only on the day of opening, there were about thousand customers with ordering intentions. There were also many customers who agreed on the price with car dealers the day before yesterday carried money about to auto show to purchase cars on the spot yesterday. As a result, sales volume continued to rise yesterday. At the time the reporter dispatched, 415 cars have been sold on the spot on the second day of auto show, nearly one hundred cars more compared with that on the day before yesterday. The transaction amount came up to about RMB83 million Yuan.

Working personnel of WIESMAN exhibition stand said that they could not disclose detail information of purchaser in consideration of customer security and trade secrets. When pressed by the reporter, working personnel said that this mysterious purchaser was Tangshan resident, male, about 30 years old. He consulted working personnel on the same day when auto show opened and was one of three customers showing interests to this type of car. This type of sports car fully made by hand was ordered in the morning on the second day after auto show opened was not expected by sales personnel.
