Taishan Industrial Park is a provincial development zone with planned area of 40 square kilometers. The park has laid out 50 kilometers of roads, which has formed a transportation network with five vertical and horizontal lines.

Natural gas and water distribution pipelines have been paved. There are two 110kV transformer substations, and two lines for power and water supply with daily gas supply capacity of 50,000 cubic meters, as well as daily water supply capacity of 200,000 cu m.

The thermal power plant has annual energy output of 320 million kWh and heating capacity of 80 tons per hour. It has built complete infrastructure facilities, such as power supply, water supply, drainage, and communication.

100 enterprises have settled in the park, which were divided into 7 industrial bases: electric transmission and transformation equipment, engineering machinery, auto accessory, textile and clothing, and dyeing and finishing equipment, beer brewing and sightseeing, biological pharmacy and IT.

It has attracted enterprises with large-scale investments, high scientific and technological content and good economic returns.

Enterprises include: Shenzhen Huaqiang Holdings Limited, Taikai Electric Group Co Ltd, Shandong LuNeng LiYuan Electric Equipment Co Ltd, (Hong Kong) Hucais Printing Co Ltd, Shandong D&Y Textile & Garments Group and Tai'an Kangping Machinery Co Ltd.
