Introduction: The project would cover an area of 4.93 hectares, with building area of 140,000 square meters. It will build a technology cartoon base; training and development center that include large cartoon designs, cartoon subcontracts, electronic commerce and Internet.

Construction conditions: The project meets requirements of national industrial policies of Tai’an. Tai'an lacks a large culture and education square, as well as culture and tourism products specialized markets. The park would provide cultural and educational spots.

Economic benefits analysis: After project completion, it could increase tourism income of 1 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 150 million yuan annually.

Project cooperation unit: Shandong Zhongdong Cultural Media Company was founded in June 2009. It is located in Weifang Hi-Tech Zone with registered capital of 10 million yuan and 300 employees. It is a professional institute for cartoon production, training and research. Its main business includes two-dimensional, three-dimensional, four-dimensional cartoons and comic making, movies and teleplay production, cartoon industry outsourcing, advertisement production, research and development, and publishing.
