V. Brief introduction: As an excellent substitute for ordinary aluminum foil used for air conditioning heat exchanger, the hydrophilic aluminum foil?has good heat resistance and manufacturability of ordinary aluminum foil and good corrosion resistance. It can make air conditioner heat efficiency increase by 15-20 percent, and also make air conditioning instruments to prevent mould and reduce noise. The products of Sino-foreign Kiln and Aluminium Industry (Shandong) have been in short supply, and at present, this company plans to expand production capacity of hydrophilic aluminum foil, newly increase a production line of hydrophilic aluminum foil, and facilities and equipments as well. This project plans to cover an area of 5 hectares with a building area of 18,000 square meters, and newly build a production line toward producing 20,000tons/annual hydrophilic aluminum foil.

VI. Construction conditions: This project mainly depends on the company's perfect infrastructure, mature production technology, stable market share to expand production capacity. The construction period is short and the investment recycling is fast.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales income of 300 million yuan, and profit and tax of 50 million yuan annually as well.

VIII. Cooperation unit of the project: Located in Tai’an Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, Sino-foreign Kiln and Aluminium Industry (Shandong) was established in June, 2004. It covers an area of 8.87 hectares with the registered capital of 55 million yuan. It's a Sino-Japan joint venture invested and built by Tai'an Taishan Holdings, Japan Sino-foreign Kiln Industry and Japan's AYK. It mainly engages in the deep processing, production and sale of aluminum; the development, sale and technical consultation of heat treatment equipment product; exploration and mining of iron ore.
