V. Brief introduction: This project is divided into three phases to build. The first phase is to build one kiln and one production line, and the second phase is to build one kiln and two production lines, and the third phase is to newly build one kiln and two production lines. It will reach the production scale of four production lines, and realize the production capacity of producing over 10 million pieces of toughened glass insulator.

VI. Construction conditions: The first-phase project was started in March 2007 and put into operation in December 2007. The output has reached over 2 million pieces and the products have reached the standard and finalized the design. The second-phase has increased one production line and the infrastructure is perfect, so the investment is low and production period is short. The third-phase project will newly build workshop and increase two production line and necessary power supply infrastructure.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales income of 600 million yuan, and profit and tax of 120 million yuan annually as well.

VIII. Cooperation unit of the project: Shandong Ruitai Glass Insulator was established in November 2006 with the registered capital of 55 million yuan. It's invested and built by Hangzhou Great Wall Mechanical & Electronic Industry, one of the four high-voltage power lines glass insulator plants in China. It mainly produces toughened glass insulator used for high-voltage power lines and super high-voltage power lines, etc. It can produce all kinds of glass insulator of 3 million pieces annually.
