Brief introduction to the project: This project plans to cover an area of 6 hectares with a building area of 45,000 square meters, and build facilities including workshop, office building and warehouse. It will newly build a production line of digital automation numerical control machine with an annual production capacity of 2,500 sets/annual plate bender, 2,500 sets/annual CNC shearing machine and 1,000 sets/annual hydraulic punching machine. The project construction period is two years.

VI. Construction conditions of the project: The relevant formalities for the first-phase project have been completed, and the project will be started after finishing transacting “Construction Permit of Project”.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales income of 600 million yuan, and profit and tax of 120 million yuan annually as well.

And it has a total assets of 150 million yuan now. The company covers an area of 110,000 sq m with a building area of 80,000 sq m, which is a hi-tech enterprise to specilize in researching, developing, manufacturing digital automation numerical control machine, machining CNC machine and engaging in metal material and accessories. The series high-precision numerical control machines researched, developed and produced independently by the company are sold well all over the country, and exported to Australia and Southeast Asia. The company realized the sales income of 230 million yuan and profit tax of 58 million yuan.
