The first phase of construction: Jinyang Street to Huayang Street, in order to establish commercial image as the focus, infrastructure construction and environmental construction would be primarily oriented, focusing on the construction of waterfront landscape, Guang River centre island, commanding elevation landscape tower, Guang River entertainment complex, customs bar street. The second phase construction: Jinyang Street to Mengguan road, focusing on the construction of leisure shopping street, pedestrian bridge, flowing water wetland.
