Brief introduction to the project: This project covers an area of 66.67 hectares with a building area of 1 million square meters. It will be mainly built for the world-brand discount shopping plaza with American style, including amusement park for children, fast-food restaurant, coffee bar, product release hall, worker’s apartment, five-star hotel and a series of auxiliary facilities.

Construction conditions of the project: This project locates in the southwest bank of Tianping Lake. The infrastructure pipe network can be used for supporting the red land line according to the need of the construction. This project is located between the north of Beijing-Shanghai Highway and the south of Lake Road with the resident population of 50,000. There is a number of large tourist projects under construction nearby, such as Song Qingling Foundation, Songcheng eternal love project. The price of land for commerce is 6.53 million yuan/hectare. The price of three-star hotel falls 30percent and the entertainment project falls 40 percent.

Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the takings of 200 million yuan, and profit and tax of 50 million yuan annually.

Cooperation unit of the project: Tai'an Tourism & Economic Development Zone is located in the west of Tai’an City, Shandong Province, which is away from Beijing for 500kms in the north and Shanghai for 760kms in the south. It’s the provincial tourism resort with the approval of Shandong Provincial Government. The controlling area of this zone is 23.9 square kilometers, regarding Tianping Lake as the core resource. We hope to make it as a compound tourist resort with the development orientation of tourism, entertainment, folk-commerce, culture and sports.
