Brief introduction to the project: The project is mainly composed of seven functional areas. The first is to buld a tousrism pier to connect Dongping River; the second is to develop a lakeside real state in scenic spot with 50 thousand square meters; the third is to build hi-grade water amusement park; the fourth is to construct buddhist culture park; the fifth is to construct An Daoyi Memorial; the sixth is to develop exploration, recreation and geologic investigation related programs; the seventh is by using a wide flat area of 26.67 hectares and good vegetation in the top of Hongding Mountain to build galf course. The project sincerely welcomes investors to discuss cooperation issues.

Construction conditions of the project: The completed four kilometers’ Liugong Mountain waterway is six kilometers away from La Mountain National Forest Park and Juyi Island, two kilometers apart from Xiangyu’s tomb, and four kilometers away from the yellow river crossing part of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, so that it has significant location strength because of those intensive tourism attractions.

Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can receive 400 to 500,000 tourists, newly increase the takings of 250 million yuan, and profit and tax of 30 million yuan annually as well.

Cooperation unit of the project: Dongping Shuihu Tourism Development Co Ltd, an entirely state owned enterprise, founded in 2009, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan and present staff of 326, is in charge of tourism project management and development and also convention and exhibition services. It had completed Dongping River tourism services, Qing River ecological pier, shuihu holiday hotel and others programs.
