Brief introduction to the project: This project covers an area of 9.33 hectares. The construction is divided into two parts: the first stage is Lianhua Mountain Legend Town construction project, with an area of 4.67 hectares and a building area of 82,000 square meters. It is used to build Qiren House, Hesheng Hall, Yangjia Assembly Hall, Town Ancestral Temple, Lianhua Food Studio, Imperial Palace of Han-Wu Dynasty. The second stage is Lake Side Six Degree Assembly Hall construction program with an area of 4.67 hectares, for the construction of Fanhua Benevolent Society, Sila Speech Hall, Carefree Silence Hall, Prajna Chamber and others.

Construction conditions of the project: Lianhua Mountain Scenic Spot of Xintai City owns a full equipped ancillary facilities and high standard reception services. Its tourist market has covered all of the China, including Hong Kong, Macao and other regions. The council has completed the whole village relocation and road paving of 25 kilometers using 150 million yuan. Besides, with another 50 million, the construction of tourism management service center and the repairment, seepage proofing, and expansion of Lianhua Lake have been done as well.

Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the tourism income of 80 million yuan and profit and tax of 15 million yuan annually.

Cooperation unit of the project: Xintai Tourism Development Corporation is founded in the April, 2004, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan and the number of present staff 130. The main business is to develop Lianhua Mountain, Qingyun Mountain, and other tourist attractions, together with the constructions of restaurants, hotels, and sales of tourism products.
