ABCs of Chinese government's reshuffle
The State Council submitted a plan on institutional restructuring to the first session of the 13th National People's Congress for deliberation on Tuesday. If the plan is approved, the State Council will consist of 26 ministries and commissions in addition to the General Office of the State Council.
