Northeast Asia has a high demand for energy and urgently needs to restructure its energy systems to prevent problems caused by climate change. The region also needs to find sustainable ways to develop its economies.
The region needs to work hard to connect unevenly distributed clean energy resources. At present, as part of the Northeast Asia Super Grid, a project to connect the power grids of countries in Northeast Asia is being discussed, which is a good solution for climate change and can contribute to common prosperity and regional peace in Northeast Asia.
