Songjiang's Guangfulin Country Park received its first visitors on Dec 28 to provide local residents with a new place for recreation and exercise.

The park, which stands adjacent to Guangfulin Culture Relics, covers an area of four square kilometers and features an agricultural ecological landscape.

The park includes four main areas for fruit picking, fishing, camping and sightseeing to offer visitors the chance to experience the ecological landscape and have a closer contact with nature. It is hoped the public space will become a center for cultural experiences, sightseeing, recreation and exercise.

The park is set to open freely to for the public. Visitors can order electronic tickets from the official website or the official Wechat account. Visitors who cannot make an appointment can also exchange paper tickets according to ID cards.

Opening time: 8:00-18:00 from May to September

                         8:00-17:00 from October to April next year

Parking: There are four eco-parking areas in the park, the P2 in Guangfulin Lu, P3 and P5 in Chenta Lu and P6 in Chenhua Lu.

Public transportation: Take Songjiang bus No 15, No 180, or No 24 to Guangfulin Lu Xinsanbei Lu station and walk 800 meters to the park; or take metro line nine to Songjiang University Town station and then change bus.
